As a recruiter with RGDC, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be supported to develop your existing skills and experience through ongoing training and staff development in order for you to achieve your full potential within this role.
You will be responsible and manage the full recruitment cycle from the initial role specification to on-boarding successful candidates, alongside building trusted and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll seek out opportunities to elevate our employer brand bringing valuable insights on attracting talent to the business.
